Mr. Pirrello is the Chief Financial Officer and serves as the San Antonio Division President of Michael Sivage Homes and Communities operating in San Antonio, Texas, Albuquerque and Sante Fe, New Mexico. He is the Chief Executive Officer of Berkeley-Columbia Partners, LLC a Fort Myers, Florida based consulting firm.
Mr. Pirrello has developed a wide array of expertise including significant experience in the private and public capital markets both domestically and internationally having raised over $1.5 billion, in mergers and acquisitions having orchestrated the sale or purchase of over 20 companies. Mr. Pirrello’s experience includes acquisition integration and the development and implementation of internal systems including reporting, control and review.
Mr. Pirrello also has developed strategies to address Securities and Exchange Commission issues regarding the structure of and accounting for financial transactions and has spoken at numerous investor and industry conferences including the Pacific Coast Builders Conference, Builder 100, and Big Builder. Mr. Pirrello authors a monthly column for Big Builder magazine on wide rage of financial topics.
Mr. Pirrello is currently pursuing his doctorate in Executive Leadership and Organizational Learning from The George Washington University in Washington, D.C. Mr. Pirrello holds an MBA from Columbia University’s Graduate School of Business, having graduated with honors and Mr. Pirrello graduated with honors and holds an MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley. Mr. Pirrello graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Juniata College in Huntingdon Pennsylvania.
Mr. Pirrello is a member of the Board of Trustees of Juniata College, Huntingdon, Pennsylvania and chairs its Audit Committee.
